ადამიანური რესურსების მართვის ციფრული ტრანსფორმაცია მდგრადი განვითარების მიზნების კონტექსტში: გამოწვევები და პერსპექტივები

შესავალი: ციფრული ტრანსფორმაცია არსებითად ცვლის ადამიანური რესურსების მართვის ტრადიციულ მოდელს. ადამიანური რესურსების საინფორმაციო სისტემები, ხელოვნური ინტელექტი, ადამიანური რესურსების ანალიტიკა, ელექტრონული რეკრუტირება, ციფრული სწავლება და ალგორითმული გადაწყვეტილების მხარდაჭერა ორგანიზაციებს აძლევს შესაძლებლობას გააუმჯობესონ სამუშაო ძალის დაგეგმვა, შეამცირონ ადმინისტრაციული დანახარჯები და ადამიანური რესურსების პოლიტიკა უფრო მეტად დააფუძნონ მონაცემებზე. თუმცა, მხოლოდ ეფექტიანობაზე ორიენტირებული ციფრულიზაცია შეიძლება დაკავშირებული იყოს ალგორითმულ მიკერძოებასთან, თანამშრომელთა ზედამხედველობის გაძლიერებასთან, პირადი მონაცემების დაცვის პრობლემებთან, ციფრულ უთანასწორობასთან, სამუშაო ადგილების ტრანსფორმაციასთან და პროფესიულ გაუცხოებასთან. ნაშრომის მიზანია გააანალიზოს ადამიანური რესურსების მართვის ციფრული ტრანსფორმაციის როლი გაეროს მდგრადი განვითარების მიზნების მიღწევაში და გამოავლინოს მისი ძირითადი შესაძლებლობები, რისკები და მმართველობითი წინაპირობები. მეთოდები: გამოყენებულია სტრუქტურირებული ნარატიული მიმოხილვის მეთოდი, რომელიც აერთიანებს თანამედროვე აკადემიურ ლიტერატურასა და გაეროს, ჯანდაცვის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის, შრომის საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციის პოლიტიკურ დოკუმენტებს. შედეგები: მიმოხილვა აჩვენებს, რომ ციფრული ადამიანური რესურსების მართვა განსაკუთრებით უკავშირდება მდგრადი განვითარების მიზნებს. მისი მდგრადი ეფექტი დამოკიდებულია ტექნოლოგიური ეფექტიანობისა და ადამიანზე ორიენტირებული მმართველობის დაბალანსებაზე. განსაკუთრებით ჯანდაცვის სექტორში ციფრული ადამიანური რესურსების მართვა შეიძლება გახდეს სამუშაო ძალის დეფიციტის, პროფესიული კომპეტენციების განვითარების, პერსონალის შენარჩუნებისა და თანაბარი გეოგრაფიული განაწილების გაუმჯობესების მნიშვნელოვანი ინსტრუმენტი. დასკვნა: დასკვნის სახით შემოთავაზებულია მდგრადი ციფრული HRM-ის ხუთგანზომილებიანი მიდგომა, რომელიც აერთიანებს ციფრულ ეფექტიანობას, ადამიანურ მდგრადობას, ინკლუზიურობას, ეკოლოგიურ პასუხისმგებლობასა და ანგარიშვალდებულ ციფრულ მმართველობას.
