The problem of gender inequality in the workplace
Keywords:
discrimination, women's employment, gender inequality, GenderAbstract
Gender and the sociology of economics, like all areas of social life, are interrelated and in turn all related to the functioning of the market. The market is the main economic driving force that determines our economic prosperity. The distribution of work in the market should mean equal opportunities for both men and women. The economic market should be regulated together with the state. If equal conditions are created for gender in the market, it will give more opportunities for the economy to develop. For all this, it is necessary to carry out various social measures, to make an equal distribution of resources, which will create equal conditions for women and men. All organizations should take care to create equal working conditions.
