აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერებისა და კვლევის ეთიკის ხელშეწყობა უმაღლეს განათლებაში: ინსტიტუციური შესაძლებლობების გაძლიერების გამოცდილება კავკასიის უნივერსიტეტის მაგალითზე

შესავალი: აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერება და კვლევის ეთიკა უმაღლესი განათლების ხარისხის უზრუნველყოფისა და ინსტიტუციური მმართველობის მნიშვნელოვანი კომპონენტებია. კვლევის მიზანია კავკასიის უნივერსიტეტის მაგალითზე შეფასდეს, თუ როგორ შეუწყო ხელი Erasmus+ პროგრამის ფარგლებში განხორციელებულმა ორმა თანმიმდევრულმა პროექტმა – INTEGRITY და ETHICS – აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერებისა და კვლევის ეთიკის მიმართულებით ინსტიტუციური შესაძლებლობების გაძლიერებას. მეთოდები: გამოყენებულია თვისებრივი კვლევის დიზაინი, კერძოდ, ინსტიტუციური შემთხვევის შესწავლა, რომელიც ეფუძნება უნივერსიტეტის პოლიტიკის დოკუმენტების, პროექტების ანგარიშების, სასწავლო მასალების, ინსტიტუციური ჩანაწერებისა და საჯაროდ ხელმისაწვდომი დოკუმენტაციის ანალიზს. პროექტები შედარებით გაანალიზდა ხუთი მიმართულებით: მარეგულირებელი ჩარჩოს განვითარება, განათლება და ტრენინგები, ტექნოლოგიური და აკადემიური მხარდაჭერა, ინსტიტუციური მმართველობა და მდგრადობა. განხორციელების რაოდენობრივი მაჩვენებლები შეფასდა აღწერითი ანალიზის მეთოდით. შედეგები: პროექტმა INTEGRITY შექმნა აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერების ინსტიტუციური საფუძველი, რაც გამოიხატა აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერების კოდექსის შემუშავებით, პლაგიატის გამოვლენის ტექნოლოგიების დანერგვით, აკადემიური წერის სასწავლო პროგრამების განახლებითა და 2020 წელს აკადემიური წერის ცენტრის დაფუძნებით. პროექტის მონაცემებით, განხორციელდა დაახლოებით 3 500 ნაშრომის ორიგინალურობის შემოწმება, ხოლო ცნობიერების ამაღლების ღონისძიებებმა მოიცვა 1 800–2 000 სტუდენტი და 350–380 თანამშრომელი. აღნიშნულ მიღწევებზე დაყრდნობით, პროექტმა ETHICS გააფართოვა ინსტიტუციური შესაძლებლობები კვლევის ეთიკის ტრენინგების, სასერტიფიკატო კურსების, ეთიკური შეფასების პროცედურების შემუშავებისა და 2025 წელს კვლევის ეთიკის საბჭოს ჩამოყალიბების გზით. პირველ სასერტიფიკატო კურსზე დარეგისტრირდა 67 მონაწილე, მოგვიანებით კი განხორციელდა კურსის მეორე ნაკადიც. შედეგები მიუთითებს აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერებისა და კვლევის ეთიკის პრინციპების თანდათანობით ინტეგრაციაზე უნივერსიტეტის პოლიტიკაში, საგანმანათლებლო საქმიანობასა და მმართველობის სტრუქტურებში. დასკვნა: საერთაშორისო თანამშრომლობის ფარგლებში განხორციელებულ თანმიმდევრულ პროექტებს შეუძლიათ ხელი შეუწყონ ინსტიტუციურ მდგრად განვითარებას, როდესაც მათი შედეგები უნივერსიტეტის მუდმივ სტრუქტურებსა და ყოველდღიურ აკადემიურ პრაქტიკაში ინტეგრირდება. კავკასიის უნივერსიტეტის გამოცდილება წარმოადგენს მოდელს, რომელიც შესაძლოა გამოყენებულ იქნეს სხვა უმაღლეს საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებებშიც აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერებისა და კვლევის ეთიკის გაძლიერების მიზნით. აკადემიურ და კვლევით ქცევაზე გრძელვადიანი გავლენის შესაფასებლად აუცილებელია შემდგომი კვლევები.
