აუტისტური სპექტრის აშლილობა საქართველოში როგორც საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვის გამოწვევა: ადრეული გამოვლენა, ბარიერები და ინტერვენცია

შესავალი: აუტისტური სპექტრის აშლილობის ადრეული იდენტიფიკაცია და დროული ინტერვენცია ბავშვის განვითარების, სოციალური ფუნქციონირებისა და ოჯახის მხარდაჭერისთვის მნიშვნელოვან წინაპირობას წარმოადგენს. საქართველოს კონტექსტში კვლავ აქტუალურია დიაგნოსტიკის დაგვიანება, სერვისებზე ხელმისაწვდომობა და მშობლების ინფორმირებულობა. კვლევის მიზანი იყო შეეფასებინა, როგორ ხდება აუტიზმის ადრეული ნიშნების ამოცნობა, დიაგნოსტიკა და ადრეულ ინტერვენციაში ჩართვა, ასევე გამოევლინა ის ძირითადი ბარიერები, რომლებსაც ბავშვები და მათი ოჯახები აწყდებიან. მეთოდები: გამოყენებული იყო თვისებრივი აღწერითი კვლევის დიზაინი და შემთხვევის შესწავლის მიდგომა. კვლევაში განხილული იყო აუტისტური სპექტრის აშლილობის მქონე ან დიაგნოზზე ეჭვის მქონე 30 ბავშვის შემთხვევა. მონაცემები შეგროვდა მშობლებისა და სპეციალისტებისგან სტრუქტურირებული და ნახევრად სტრუქტურირებული კითხვარების გამოყენებით. მონაცემები გაანალიზდა თემატური ანალიზის პრინციპებით. შედეგები: კვლევამ აჩვენა, რომ პირველი ნიშნები ხშირად ადრეულ ასაკში ვლინდება, თუმცა სპეციალისტთან მიმართვა და დიაგნოსტიკა ხშირად გვიანდება. მშობლები ძირითად ბარიერებად ასახელებდნენ ინფორმაციის ნაკლებობას, ფინანსურ ხარჯებს, სპეციალისტებთან რიგებს და სერვისების უწყვეტობის სირთულეს. ადრეული ინტერვენცია დაკავშირებული იყო ბავშვის კომუნიკაციის, სოციალური ჩართულობისა და ყოველდღიური ფუნქციონირების გაუმჯობესებასთან. დასკვნა: აუტიზმის მართვის გაუმჯობესებისთვის აუცილებელია განვითარების რეგულარული მონიტორინგი პირველადი ჯანდაცვის დონეზე, მშობლების ინფორმირებულობის გაზრდა, დიაგნოსტიკურ და ინტერვენციულ სერვისებზე ხელმისაწვდომობის გაფართოება და ოჯახზე ორიენტირებული მხარდაჭერის გაძლიერება.
